I find that have nice, soft lips can really make a difference, especially when wearing a lipstick. I've heard great reviews on Lush Lip Scrub, but I absolute hate shopping online (I HATE paying for shipping). I found way to make your own lip scrub just by using products you most likely already have: a lip balm & sugar. You can use a lip balm in stick form, but you will need a jar to hold it in. The lip balm I am using came in a jar so all I had to do was scoop it out onto a plate then mix sugar into it then placed it back in the jar. I just maybe 1 1/2 times more sugar than I had lip balm. However, it is up to your own preference on how much sugar you want to put into it.
